Its name is inspired by the Roman period in Vilamoura, since the Romans used to appreciate tasting menus called “Gustatio”. The Mediterranean restaurant Gustatio, with its beach hotel feel, is the breakfast room and also a restaurant serving the flavours and dishes of seven Mediterranean countries.
